8th Cybersecurity Workshop

New Domains in Cybersecurity T&E

DATE: October 18-20, 2022
LOCATION: Embassy Suites by Hilton Destin, 570 Scenic Gulf Dr, Destin, FL 32550
HOSTED BY: The ITEA Emerald Coast Chapter

Agenda

OVERVIEW

Cybersecurity is paramount in every phase of a system lifecycle. Professionals involved in Test and Evaluation are increasingly tasked with more rigorous controls, more complicated interconnections, and more contested operating environments. Cybersecurity is applied across all Government domains from common tactical networks to weapon systems. Instead of focusing on the depth of cybersecurity T&E in a single space, this workshop will focus on the breadth of solutions and approaches available for the intelligent application of cybersecurity best practices into the Test and Evaluation community. Our goal is to share practical knowledge and information from various individuals in the Government, Industry, and Academia that will provide insight and ideas to address common challenges across domains.

At this workshop, you will go beyond the typical exhibitor’s booths and surface level discussions. The workshop will offer dedicated technical tracks for hands-on tool demonstrations and will expand your knowledge of industry practices. You will have access to interactive sessions and demonstrations. You will see the government, industry, and academia showcase capabilities, tools, and services across a wide range of cybersecurity applications. The breadth of cybersecurity applications will help foster a new understanding of topics like cross-domain solutions, digital engineering, AI/ML in the test and cyber arenas, and intelligent T&E approaches.

Make plans now join us in Destin, a stunning location on Florida’s Emerald Coast near Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field, to discuss the evolving discipline of cybersecurity. Come share your thoughts, connect with others, and learn from leading experts at this in-person workshop. We welcome new ideas, new challenges, and new partners.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS AND TUTORIALS - Closed

Sessions will be unclassified and open to the general T&E, DoD, Commercial, Academic, and Intelligence Communities; however restricted sessions (up to CUI) may be made available. Abstracts will be reviewed for presentation during a Technical Session. Demonstrations or interactive exhibits are highly encouraged and will be held as stand-alone sessions.

Abstracts or demo portfolios should be pertinent to the conference topics, non-commercial in scope, no longer than 500 words, and releasable to the public.  Abstracts accepted for presentation, along with the slides, will be available online for attendees after the workshop concludes.

Please complete the Abstract submission form and submit to cyber@itea.org
